Community Leader Development Training

Tuesday, October 10 | 9:00 a.m. – 3:15 p.m.

As community leaders, you’ve given your time, energy and knowledge to the user group. Now, let us give you something you can take home in return: knowledge, leadership training and the opportunity to network with your fellow professionals. This year, we’re excited to include a special two-hour interactive development workshop presented by The Center for Creative Leadership, current members of NAVUG. You won’t want to miss it!

Rise Against Hunger

Focused on supporting the Rise Against Hunger give back initiative, it is Dynamic Communities’ goal to raise $5,000. How you can make an impact:

  1. Pin your Chapter location on our Chapter map wall (located near Basecamp)
  2. Ask a Question/Post an Answer on the User Group boards 
  3. Suggest an idea on our Dynamic Communities Board: This is your User Group!

Help us fill the boot! Dynamic Communities will donate $1 to Rise Against Hunger every time someone performs one of the above activities. Visit our booth daily to see the boot, which will show fundraising progress made from the day before.

Extreme Engagement - Ticket Contest

Stop by Basecamp (located near the breakout session rooms) to learn how you can earn a ticket to win awesome prizes. Tickets will be awarded to folks who engage with the User Group, and dropping your ticket off at the Dynamic Communities Booth (#477) will make you eligible to win a prize.

Community Theatre

Located near the Dynamic Communities booth, stop by the stage area to watch brief presentations on a variety of topics. Topics will vary and include everything from educational content, membership engagement benefits to hearing from sponsors. Located near your NAVUG breakout session rooms and dedicated, free wifi, you'll find this area to be a prime networking, meeting, and work space. Here's all you can look forward to seeing in the Hub:


From conference questions (Where is the Tennessee Ballroom?) to User Group membership and benefits questions (How can I sign up to volunteer?) – Basecamp is your one-stop shop on-site at NAVUG Summit. Stop by with any questions you have and visit staff for a chance to win daily prizes through your on-site engagement activities.

Medic Stations

The doctors are in! Visit the NAVUG Medic Desk to ask Dynamics NAV All-Stars, MVP's, and other global experts your product questions and get valuable in-person assistance. Did you know? NAVUG Summit 2016 offered 20+ hours of medic support. Stop by and visit with someone in a white lab coat!

Tell us where you're from!

We’ll have two colored push pins for you to pin your Chapter location on the Chapter Map Wall. White pins indicate you’ve attended a Chapter meeting before and Black indicates you haven’t attended a Chapter meeting yet. Each pin on the Map walls will be a $1 donation to the Rise Against Hunger Nashville charity. Get involved and let us know where you’re from. Chapter Managers will be on-hand to discuss Chapter possibilities, so be sure to visit them and chat all things Chapters. Chapter Maps can be found near Basecamp in the Hub area.

Mix & Mingle. Color & Build. Give your mind a little break from all the exceptional breakout sessions and let your creative side shine. Taking a step back from your Dynamics NAV questions at the Creative Lounge just might be the trick to helping you find a solutions (as they say, it's hard to see the forest through the trees).
